How it works
Use your phone or an existing photo. We show you how to get good light and the right distance.
Face, head direction, sharpness, lighting and background are measured. Anything we cannot measure reliably is shown as 'not checked'.
The photo is fitted to your document's size at the right resolution. After payment you can download the file straight away.
You choose delivery once the photo is ready. Prices include VAT.

The authority always has the final say. We do not promise approval – we help you meet the requirements.
Yes, most recent phones take sharp enough pictures. Ask someone to take the photo at eye level in front of a light wall with daylight from the front. PassPixo then measures sharpness, lighting and position and tells you if something should be retaken.
No service can promise that. The issuing authority always makes the final decision. We check the technical requirements we can measure and clearly mark the points we cannot check automatically.
Analysis, background and cropping happen in your browser. The picture only leaves your device when you pay – and then only the finished file. It is stored privately and deleted automatically after a limited period.
No. We crop and can make the background plain, but we never retouch the face. An edited face can make the photo unsuitable for biometric use.
A digital JPG for online applications, a print-ready template (10 × 15 cm or A4) to print yourself, or physical photo prints sent by post for a shipping fee.
Some citizen service offices and embassies take the photo in person. Always check how your document is applied for before you order.
